Refund and Cancellation Policy

At The Doom Store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@thedoomstore.com with your order details. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Refund Policy for return instructions.

2. Refund Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@thedoomstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@thedoomstore.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@thedoomstore.com.

3. Shipping

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@thedoomstore.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
